1. Breathe in
When the ball is in the middle and goes up to the top, breathe in slowly. Keep breathing in until ball has reached the top.

2. Breathe out
When the ball is over the top and on its way down, breathe out slowly until the ball reaches the bottom (3).

3. Stop and pause breathing
Stop and pause breathing when the ball is at the bottom and going up. Wait with breathing in again until the ball is in the middle. Then repeat with step 1 Breathe in.
